Abstract
Retinal astrocytoma is a rare and benign tumor of the retina most frequently seen in patients with tuberous sclerosis. We describe the case of a 12-year-old boy with solitary retinal astrocytoma in the right eye associated with hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium in the left eye. In this work the instrumental examinations, the differential diagnosis and the follow-up of 7 years are described.

视网膜星形细胞瘤是一种罕见的视网膜良性肿瘤，最常见于结节性硬化症患者。我们报告一例12岁男孩，右眼患有孤立性视网膜星形细胞瘤，同时左眼视网膜色素上皮肥大。本文描述了该病例的影像学检查、鉴别诊断及7年的随访情况。
