Clinical application of the small bowel enema has received waxing and waning enthusiasm since it was first described in 1929. Our experiences with 150 small bowel enema studies is presented. The Sellink method was used for patients without ileostomy, (140), and retrograde studies for those with ileostomy. The merits of the small bowel enema compared to the conventional technique are discussed. The small bowel enema is the preferred method for radiologic assessment of the small bowel in patients whose clinical picture suggests small bowel disease.
自1929年首次描述以来，小肠灌肠的临床应用一直受到时热时冷的关注。本文介绍了我们对150例小肠灌肠研究的经验。对于无回肠造口术的患者（140例）采用Sellink法，对于有回肠造口术的患者采用逆行研究法。讨论了小肠灌肠与传统技术相比的优点。对于临床表现提示小肠疾病的患者，小肠灌肠是小肠放射学评估的首选方法。
