Two prostatic cysts have been diagnosed by us since 1993. The first patient presented with dysurial the second cyst was discovered incidentally. Transrectal ultrasound examination was useful for diagnosis. Treatment was a puncture--aspiration of the cyst in the first case, and abstention in the second one. A review, of the epidemiological, pathological and therapeutic aspects of the prostatic cysts is presented.
自1993年以来，我们已诊断出两例前列腺囊肿。第一例患者表现为排尿困难，第二例囊肿是偶然发现的。经直肠超声检查对诊断很有帮助。第一例患者的治疗方法是囊肿穿刺抽吸，第二例则采取观察等待。本文对前列腺囊肿的流行病学、病理学及治疗方面进行了综述。
