Abstract
A patient with a histologically verified leiomyosarcoma is presented. Hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy was performed in 1973. Then radiation therapy was applied. Now, five years after the beginning of the therapy, the patient is in a very good condition.

本文报告一例经组织学证实的平滑肌肉瘤患者。1973年行子宫切除及双侧附件切除术，随后接受放射治疗。目前，在治疗开始五年后，患者状况良好。
