The authors described a case of vertebral artery aneurysm, basing on their own experience and literature. The clinical course, diagnostic difficulties and treatment were discussed. There is presented an aneurysm of the vertebral artery coexistent with rheumatoid cervical spine disease. Diagnosis must be planned in a very detailed way; biopsy should not be used. CT with angiography is best. The treatment is resection of the aneurysm or clipping vessels or occlusion by balloon in special cases.
作者基于自身经验和文献描述了一例椎动脉动脉瘤病例。讨论了其临床病程、诊断难点及治疗方法。文中呈现了一例与类风湿性颈椎病并存的椎动脉动脉瘤。诊断必须进行非常详细的规划；不应进行活检。最好采用CT血管造影。治疗方法为切除动脉瘤、夹闭血管或在特殊情况下用球囊闭塞。
