[Anti-reflux ureteral grafting to the ileum by the Hassan Abol-Enein technique used in augmentation cystoplasty. Preliminary remarks].

The new technique of anti-refluxing uretero-ileal reimplantation in augmentation cystoplasty was applied. The operation was performed in patient with neurogenic bladder and left-sided vesicoureteral reflux Vo resulting from myelomeningocoele. Augmentation of the bladder and disappearance of vesicoureteral reflux was attained with good results at 1 year follow-up.
