Abstract

The correcting effect of the alimentary polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids on composition of the erythrocyte fatty acids of 82 male children at the age of 7-14 divided into groups with and without risk factors of cardiovascular pathology has been studied. Effectiveness of the alimentary correction of most of erythrocyte polyunsaturated fatty acids defects at the early stages of disease, that was especially observed in case of children with myocardial infarction heredity, has been shown. The lipid-correcting effect of the alimentary polyunsaturated fatty acids can be used for preventative treatment of children with cardiovascular disease heredity.
