Phlegmon of retroperitoneal cellular tissue as a complication of endoscopic papillosphincterotomy (PST) was observed in 9 patients. All these patients in the first several hours after PST complained of pains in epigastrium and right hypochondrium. 2 days later the signs of pyogenous intoxication appeared. For diagnosis of complications after PST roentgenological and radionuclide methods as well as US examination and computer tomography were used. For exploration of retroperitoneal phlegmon extraperitoneal approach was employed. The phlegmon cavity was drained by number of tubes TMMK and aspiration-lavage treatment 3 patients died.
9例患者出现了作为内镜下乳头括约肌切开术（PST）并发症的腹膜后蜂窝织炎。所有这些患者在PST后的最初几个小时都主诉上腹部和右季肋部疼痛。2天后出现了化脓性中毒的症状。为诊断PST后的并发症，采用了放射学和放射性核素方法以及超声检查和计算机断层扫描。为探查腹膜后蜂窝织炎采用了腹膜外入路。通过多根TMMK管引流蜂窝织炎腔并进行抽吸冲洗治疗，3例患者死亡。
