Abstract

The level of UDPG-pyrophosphorylase activity has been determined spectrophotometrically. The enzymic activity in skeletal muscles gradually increases during the development of chick embryos and chick. Adrenalin does not affect the activity of the enzyme neither in embryos, nor in chick.

已通过分光光度法测定了UDPG-焦磷酸化酶的活性水平。在鸡胚胎和雏鸡的发育过程中,骨骼肌中的酶活性逐渐增加。肾上腺素对胚胎和雏鸡中的该酶活性均无影响。
