Solitary schwannoma is usually located in the head area and the limbs. We report a case of benign solitary schwannoma of the retroglandular sulcus of the glans penis.
A 64-year-old man had developed over the past year an asymptomatic nodule arising from the retroglandular sulcus of the glans penis. The nodule was removed surgically and histopathological study showed benign schwannoma. There was no association with neurofibromatosis or schwannomatosis.
Benign solitary schwannoma of the penis is rare. It is most often located on the dorsal shaft of the penis in a young adult. Surgical excision is required. Malignant schwannoma of the penis is very rarely reported.
孤立性神经鞘瘤通常位于头部区域和四肢。我们报告一例阴茎头腺后沟良性孤立性神经鞘瘤病例。
一名64岁男性在过去一年中阴茎头腺后沟出现一个无症状结节。该结节经手术切除，组织病理学研究显示为良性神经鞘瘤。与神经纤维瘤病或神经鞘瘤病无关。
阴茎良性孤立性神经鞘瘤罕见。最常见于年轻成年人阴茎的背侧。需要手术切除。阴茎恶性神经鞘瘤报道极少。
