A 27-year-old woman with right-sided cyclic sciatica and stiffness of the right hip joint, unresponsive to orthopaedic measures, is presented. An exploratory laparotomy revealed pelvic endometriosis. On oestrogen suppression therapy, she has been symptom-free for eleven months.
一名27岁女性，右侧周期性坐骨神经痛伴右髋关节僵硬，对骨科治疗无反应，现予以报道。剖腹探查发现盆腔子宫内膜异位症。接受雌激素抑制治疗后，她已11个月无症状。
