A lymphocyte population was studied of natural killer cells in an acute phase of myocardial infarction during its uncomplicated course and in case of development of pneumonia. MI patients demonstrate some defect in the EK-cellular link of immunity, which fact can be of pathogenetic significance for the development of the inflammatory changes in the bronchopulmonary system.
对心肌梗死急性期病情未复杂发展以及并发肺炎情况下的自然杀伤细胞淋巴细胞群体进行了研究。心肌梗死患者在免疫的EK细胞环节存在一些缺陷,这一事实对于支气管肺系统炎症变化的发生可能具有发病学意义。
