Abstract
The coat properties of erythrocytes in hyperepidermopoesis had been studied using the vital quantitative method of the cell coat (outer perimembraneous layer) identification with alcian blue (AB). It is shown that the stage sharpening in psoriasis was accompanied an increase in AB sorption by erythrocytes for 13.2. The qualitative and quantitative gangliosidic spectrum of erythrocytes and serum does change according to the date of chromatography in hyperepidermopoesis. The role of this changes are discussed in pathogenesis of the given disease.
