The pain symptom is examined in 91 hospitalized patients with osteoarthrosis of the hip. The impaired hipfunction, as determined by hip-rotation is compared to the severity of the arthrosis as determined by X-ray. Elected severe cases are contrasted as to their symptoms with patients suffering from still mild osteoarthrosis of the hip. Both groups consisted only of patients in whom the clinical severity grade conformed with the results of the X-ray. The differences between both groups are worked out.
对91例髋骨关节炎住院患者的疼痛症状进行了检查。将通过髋关节旋转确定的髋关节功能受损情况与通过X线确定的骨关节炎严重程度进行比较。选取的严重病例与仍患有轻度髋骨关节炎的患者在症状方面进行对比。两组均仅包含临床严重程度分级与X线检查结果相符的患者。计算出两组之间的差异。
