Wegener's granulomatosis is a systemic vasculitis which, in its classical form, is characterized by involvement of the superior and inferior respiratory tract and the kidneys. The vasculitis may be multisystemic. Ophthalmic and neurological involvement are common (22% and 54% of those affected respectively). When considering involvement of the nervous system, the commonest finding is peripheral neuropathy, particularly in the form of multiple mononeuritis. Meningeal involvement is exceptional.
We present a case of Wegener's granulomatosis with meningeal involvement, studied using CT and MR. The findings using imaging techniques are described, and conditions which should be considered in the differential diagnosis are discussed.
韦格纳肉芽肿是一种系统性血管炎，其典型形式的特征是上、下呼吸道及肾脏受累。该血管炎可能累及多个系统。眼部和神经系统受累较为常见（分别占受累者的22%和54%）。在考虑神经系统受累时，最常见的表现是周围神经病变，尤其是多发性单神经炎形式。脑膜受累情况较为罕见。
我们报告一例伴有脑膜受累的韦格纳肉芽肿病例，采用CT和MR进行研究。描述了影像学检查结果，并讨论了鉴别诊断时应考虑的情况。
