Abstract
In the testicle of Graphosoma italicum and Eurydema ventralis the histochemical localization of 3-beta-HSD, SDH, MDH and LDH was followed up. The enzymic activity was detected in various stages of the sexual cells; the strongest activity was found in the evoluted spermatids and spermatozoa. As far as the nutritive cells of the testicle are concerned, the reaction of these different enzymes appeared very weak or absent.

在意大利彩蝽和腹突异蝽的睾丸中，对3-β-羟类固醇脱氢酶（3-beta-HSD）、琥珀酸脱氢酶（SDH）、苹果酸脱氢酶（MDH）和乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）进行了组织化学定位研究。在性细胞的不同阶段检测到了酶活性；在发育成熟的精子细胞和精子中发现活性最强。就睾丸的营养细胞而言，这些不同酶的反应非常微弱或未检测到。
