Since a few years, more and more papers are published in the international literature about nasal anatomy, probably because of the growing popularity of the open rhinoplasty. So, new concepts, new anatomic entities have been established without equivalent in the French literature. The authors review the most recent notions of the surgical anatomy of the nose and propose a french terminology for several concepts developed in the international literature (e.g. supratip breakpoint). The surgical anatomy of the external nose is described.
近年来，国际文献中发表了越来越多关于鼻解剖学的论文，这可能是由于开放式鼻整形术越来越受欢迎。因此，一些新的概念、新的解剖学实体已经确立，而法国文献中却没有与之对应的内容。作者回顾了鼻部手术解剖学的最新概念，并为国际文献中提出的几个概念（如鼻尖上转折点）提出了法语术语。本文描述了外鼻的手术解剖学。
