Case reports of 32 patients with lambliasis induced cholecystitis, treated in the surgical clinic for a 28-year period, are analysed. The clinical data allow establishing the differential diagnosis between cholecystitis attack induced by the presence of Lamblia in bile ducts and an attack induced by the presence of concretions in the gallbladder. It is the authors' opinion that the complex exploration of patients should be carried out. A carefully selected anamnesis, data of multiple duodenal sounding and coprologic studies serve as a valuable adjunct in establishing the correct diagnosis and therapeutic tactics.
对在外科诊所接受治疗的32例由蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫病诱发胆囊炎的患者进行了为期28年的病例报告分析。临床数据有助于明确胆管中存在蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫诱发的胆囊炎发作与胆囊中存在结石诱发的发作之间的鉴别诊断。作者认为，应对患者进行综合检查。精心挑选的病史、多次十二指肠探查数据和粪便学研究数据，在确立正确诊断和治疗策略方面是有价值的辅助手段。
