The extent of the relationship among the Socialization, Self-Direction, and Responsibility domains of the Revised Adaptive Behavior Scale was investigated. Based upon the scores of 338 mentally retarded institutionalized male and female children and adults, high positive and significant correlations were obtained among these three domains. The relationship was explained in terms of a possible motivational link among the three domains.
对修订版适应行为量表的社会化、自我导向和责任领域之间的关系程度进行了调查。基于338名住在收容机构中的智障男女儿童及成年人的得分，在这三个领域之间获得了高度正相关且显著的相关性。这种关系从这三个领域之间可能存在的动机联系方面进行了解释。
