A complex clinical, X-ray, and magnetic resonance tomographic study of 327 joints was made in 114 patients with different forms of hemophilic arthropathy. The diagnostic potentialities of MRI were defined and the MRI symptoms of hemophilic arthropathy, including degeneration of the articular cartilage, meniscus, ligaments, proliferation of the synovial membrane, fibrosis, blood accumulation, and hemosiderosis were revealed. Comparative analysis of the X-ray and MRI imaging findings of the joints at different stages of hemophilic arthropathy has shown that MRI has advantages in diagnosing acute and chronic hemarthrosis, moderate hemophilic osteoarthrosis as it can reveal abnormal processes in the X-ray negative structures of joints.
对114例不同类型血友病性关节病患者的327个关节进行了综合临床、X线和磁共振断层扫描研究。明确了MRI的诊断潜力,并揭示了血友病性关节病的MRI症状,包括关节软骨、半月板、韧带退变,滑膜增生、纤维化、血液积聚和含铁血黄素沉着。对血友病性关节病不同阶段关节的X线和MRI影像学表现进行比较分析表明,MRI在诊断急性和慢性关节积血、中度血友病性骨关节炎方面具有优势,因为它可以发现关节X线阴性结构中的异常病变。
