[Effect of phospholipase c on the lipid composition of the membranes of antigen-stimulated macrophages].

Data are presented on the changes in the conformation of the membrane of antigen-stimulated macrophages as a result of studying the changes in their phospholipid composition. It was found that antigen stimulation increases the amount of phospholipids in the membrane of the macrophagesas well as the susceptibility of these phospholipids of the normal (unstimulated) macrophages. This phenomenon of more easily setting in hydrolysis is discussed.
