Abstract

When Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio, decided to market its high level of maternity services it teamed up with an Akron ad shop and together they produced a 15-minute home video that features couples telling about their positive experiences. The free video was so popular that 1,300 copies were distributed in the first month they were available.
