In 10 patients with primary and 13 patients with glucocorticoid osteoporosis a NaF-therapy with an average daily dose of 80 mg was carried out in a period of 1/2 to 4 1/2 years. 22 patients spoke about an improvement of the complaints. Radiologically an osteogenesis could be proved in 19 patients. Dose and duration of the therapy as well as eventual additional treatments, frequency and severity of the side-effects are discussed and the indication for a NaF-medication are elaborated.
对10例原发性骨质疏松患者和13例糖皮质激素性骨质疏松患者进行了为期半年至四年半的氟化钠治疗，平均每日剂量为80毫克。22例患者表示症状有所改善。放射学检查证实19例患者有骨生成。讨论了治疗的剂量、持续时间以及可能的额外治疗、副作用的频率和严重程度，并阐述了氟化钠用药的适应症。
