A case of electrical T wave alternans without change of P wave and QRS complex is reported here. Literature on this subject is reviewed. It is emphasized that the alternation of T wave always exists when important morphological anomalies of QT tract and prolongation of QT are present.
本文报告1例无P波及QRS波群改变的电交替T波。并对该主题的文献进行了综述。强调当QT间期存在重要形态异常及QT间期延长时，T波交替总是存在的。
