Examination and treatment data are available for 20 patients with rhinosinusogenic inflammation of the orbit. All the patients underwent computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses and the orbit. Nonpurulent orbital complications were treated conservatively, purulent ones were treated surgically. The therapy also included novel antibacterial drugs, dysaggregants, intravenous immunoglobulins.
有20例眼眶鼻窦源性炎症患者的检查和治疗数据。所有患者均接受了鼻窦和眼眶的计算机断层扫描。非脓性眼眶并发症采用保守治疗，脓性并发症则采用手术治疗。治疗还包括新型抗菌药物、解聚剂、静脉注射免疫球蛋白。
