Consumers were surveyed to determine their attitudes toward four systems of health care delivery (home health care, hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics) along 10 attributes. The results are analyzed using multiple discriminant analysis. Implications for the formulation of marketing strategies are discussed.
