Thailand's rigid hierarchy discourages independent thought and generates nurses unsuited to apply Western processes. Theories or frame-works can provide only a guideline, not a recipe. Western concepts do not match the demands of Thai nursing and need to be reinterpreted in the context of Thai culture.
泰国严格的等级制度抑制了独立思考，培养出不适合应用西方流程的护士。理论或框架只能提供指导方针，而非具体方法。西方观念与泰国护理的需求不匹配，需要在泰国文化背景下重新诠释。
