PURPOSE
To report an eye with corneal endotheliitis and increased intraocular pressure in which the trabeculum demonstrated immunoreactivity for herpes simplex virus.
METHOD
Case report. A 62-year-old man presented with increased intraocular pressure, keratic precipitates, and corneal stromal edema in his left eye. The tissue excised during trabeculectomy was immunohistochemically examined for herpetic viruses.
RESULT
Immunoreactivity for herpes simplex virus was identified in the trabeculum.
CONCLUSION
Herpes simplex virus may cause trabeculitis and increased intraocular pressure in patients with corneal endotheliitis.
目的
报告一例患有角膜内皮炎且眼压升高的病例，该病例小梁组织对单纯疱疹病毒呈免疫反应性。
方法
病例报告。一名62岁男性左眼出现眼压升高、角膜后沉着物和角膜基质水肿。对小梁切除术切除的组织进行免疫组化检测疱疹病毒。
结果
在小梁组织中发现了对单纯疱疹病毒的免疫反应性。
结论
单纯疱疹病毒可能导致角膜内皮炎患者发生小梁炎和眼压升高。
