The study was performed in 72 preparations of right and left brain hemispheres of people from birth up to 90 years who died accidentally or from diseases not related to the CNS pathology and without brain injuries. Complication of cytoarchitecture of sublayer III3 area 8 was found to continue in postnatal ontogenesis. In the second childhood (8-12 years) it approximates to that of an adult and remains unchanged during following age periods.
