The results of phacoemulsification (phaco) operations which were performed with 3.2 mm incision and foldable intraocular lens (IOL) implantation were reviewed.
On forty-nine eyes with cataract of forty-two cases phaco and foldable IOL implantation was randomly performed. The results of the postoperative vision, the refraction and the loss rate of corneal endothelial cell were analyzed.
By the 7th postoperative day, the uncorrected vision in 32 eyes (65.31%) was 1.0 or better. The visual acuity in forty-one eyes (83.67%) was 1.0 or better after 3 months of operation. The loss rate of endothelial cells was 11.72%. In the comparison between the postoperative and preoperative corneal astigmatism, the mean former one became against the rule for 0.10 DC.
The small incision operations not only can provide a satisfactory early postoperative visual acuity with a slight corneal astigmatism, but also can reduce the time for suturing and avoid the harmful effects of stitches.
回顾分析采用3.2毫米切口行超声乳化白内障吸除术(phaco)联合植入可折叠人工晶状体(IOL)的手术结果。
对42例49眼白内障患者随机行phaco联合可折叠IOL植入术。分析术后视力、屈光状态及角膜内皮细胞丢失率等结果。
术后第7天,32眼(65.31%)裸眼视力达1.0及以上。术后3个月时,41眼(83.67%)视力达1.0及以上。内皮细胞丢失率为11.72%。术后与术前角膜散光比较,平均术后角膜散光逆规增加0.10 DC。
小切口手术不仅能在术后早期提供满意视力且角膜散光轻微,还能减少缝合时间并避免缝线的有害影响。
