The results of treatment of 354 patients with inflammatory colonic diseases were summarized. Nonspecific ulcerative colitis was diagnosed in 236, Crohn's disease--in 118 of them. There were operated on 83 (23.4%) of patients, including according to absolute indications--16 and the relative indications--67. There were elaborated and introduced an original methods of the operative interventions performance and of the postoperative guidance period. Mortality was 3.9%. Reconstructive-restoring operations were done in 24 patients, good and fair result was achieved in 16 (66.7%) of them. The poor results causes were analysed, indications and contraindications were substantiated as well as the terms of the reconstructive-restoring operations performance.
总结了354例炎症性结肠疾病患者的治疗结果。其中236例诊断为非特异性溃疡性结肠炎，118例为克罗恩病。83例（23.4%）患者接受了手术，其中根据绝对指征手术的有16例，根据相对指征手术的有67例。制定并采用了手术干预实施及术后指导期的原创方法。死亡率为3.9%。24例患者接受了重建修复手术，其中16例（66.7%）取得了良好及尚可的效果。分析了效果不佳的原因，证实了重建修复手术的指征和禁忌证以及手术实施时机。
