Abstract

The first-, second-, third- and fourth-order derivative spectrophotometric methods, by using the "peak-zero" (P-0) and "peak-peak" (P-P) techniques of measurement have been developed for the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, norfloxacin and ofloxacin in tablets. The calibration curves are linear within the concentration range of 2.0-12.0 micrograms ml-1 for ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, 1.0-10.0 micrograms ml-1 for norfloxacin and 2.5-15.0 micrograms ml-1 for ofloxacin. The procedure is simple, rapid and the results are reliable.

已开发出一阶、二阶、三阶和四阶导数分光光度法,采用“峰-零”(P-0)和“峰-峰”(P-P)测量技术来测定片剂中的盐酸环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星。盐酸环丙沙星在2.0 - 12.0微克/毫升浓度范围内、诺氟沙星在1.0 - 10.0微克/毫升浓度范围内、氧氟沙星在2.5 - 15.0微克/毫升浓度范围内,校准曲线呈线性。该方法操作简单、快速,结果可靠。
