[Clinical pattern of tuberculosis in patients with mental disorders in Sverdlovsk region].

The clinical pattern was first studied in 153 new cases of tuberculosis with mental disorders. Most patients were admitted from psychoneurological boarding houses. Prophylactic survey revealed tuberculosis in most patients. There were prevalent infiltrative and focal forms of a specific process. Proper therapy provided benefits in the majority of patients. However every six patients had worsening tuberculosis.
