Abstract
BACKGROUND
The term "Castleman's disease" (angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia) comprises a heterogeneous clinicopathologic entity among lymphoproliferative disorders.
CASE REPORT
We present a rare case with retroperitoneal manifestations, and discuss several aspects of diagnosis, differential diagnosis, the clinical course and therapy of the disease. Finally, we summarize the actual knowledge about the pathogenesis of Castleman's disease.

“卡斯尔曼病”（血管滤泡性淋巴结增生）在淋巴增殖性疾病中是一种异质性临床病理实体。
病例报告
我们报告一例具有腹膜后表现的罕见病例，并讨论该疾病诊断、鉴别诊断、临床病程及治疗的几个方面。最后，我们总结关于卡斯尔曼病发病机制的现有知识。
