In 1997, the Zentralblatt für Gynäkologie introduced a new column named "Computer & Programs" in which articles on information technology of special interest for gynecologists are published. Until today, the Zentralblatt is the only German journal publishing articles of that kind. Even in Anglo-American journals no comparable articles are published, although the US have a leading role in computer and internet technology in general.
1997年，《妇科中央杂志》开设了一个名为“计算机与程序”的新栏目，发表对妇科医生具有特殊意义的信息技术文章。直至今日，该杂志仍是德国唯一发表此类文章的期刊。即便在英美的期刊中，也没有发表过类似文章，尽管总体而言美国在计算机和互联网技术方面占据领先地位。
