To explore the effect of ligustrazine on CD34 antigen expression of bone marrow cells in immune-mediated aplastic anemia (AA) mice.
The model of immune aplastic anemia mice was induced by means of 6.0 Gy60Co gamma-ray irradiation and lymphocyte infusion through tail vein. The mice were divided into 3 groups: the normal group, the AA control group and the ligustrazine group. Mice of the ligustrazine group were fed by 4 mg of ligustrazine injection twice a day by gastrogavage. On the 10th day, CD34 antigen expression intensity of bone marrow cell membrane was measured by flow cytometer analysis system.
CD34 antigen expression intensity of ligustrazine group was 77.6 +/- 6.5, with no statistic difference from that in the normal group (80.0 +/- 2.6), while that of the control group was much higher (68.6 +/- 4.5, P < 0.05).
Ligustrazine could promote proliferation of stem and progenitor cell of AA mice through influencing on bone marrow micro-environment so as to increase the CD34 antigen expression of bone marrow cells.
探讨川芎嗪对免疫介导的再生障碍性贫血(AA)小鼠骨髓细胞CD34抗原表达的影响。
采用6.0 Gy 60Coγ射线照射及经尾静脉输注淋巴细胞的方法诱导免疫性再生障碍性贫血小鼠模型。将小鼠分为3组:正常组、AA对照组和川芎嗪组。川芎嗪组小鼠每天经胃管灌胃给予4 mg川芎嗪注射液2次。第10天,采用流式细胞仪分析系统检测骨髓细胞膜CD34抗原表达强度。
川芎嗪组CD34抗原表达强度为77.6±6.5,与正常组(80.0±2.6)无统计学差异,而对照组则高得多(68.6±4.5,P<0.05)。
川芎嗪可通过影响骨髓微环境促进AA小鼠干祖细胞增殖,从而增加骨髓细胞CD34抗原表达。
