Abstract
A newborn had 3 blue-black macules on the left side of the dorsal tongue. Clinical diagnosis was difficult. A biopsy specimen showed focal increase of melanin in the basal cells and subepithelial melanophages. The persistence of the lesions was unchanged at the age of 6 months, and the histologic features led to the diagnosis of oral physiologic melanosis.

一名新生儿的舌背左侧有3个蓝黑色斑疹。临床诊断困难。活检标本显示基底细胞和上皮下噬黑素细胞中黑色素局灶性增加。病变在6个月大时持续存在且无变化，组织学特征提示诊断为口腔生理性黑变病。
