[胆汁在大鼠应激性溃疡形成中的作用]

Choledocho-gastrostomy or bile duct ligation was performed in rats. There were as many stress ulcers after the former as in a control group. But after bile duct ligation the incidence of ulcers fell by half. it is concluded that under stress there isa billiary reflux which is ulcergenic.

在大鼠身上进行了胆总管-胃吻合术或胆管结扎术。前者术后出现的应激性溃疡与对照组一样多。但胆管结扎术后溃疡发生率下降了一半。得出的结论是，在应激状态下存在致溃疡的胆汁反流。
