Multiple lipomas of the stomach and duodenum.

A patient complaining of epigastric distress was found to have multiple gastroduodenal lipomas. Although the roentgenologic findings were both bizzare and initially confusing, close scrutinization of the abnormalities suggested a correct diagnosis.
