The peculiarities of nightly acid formation in the patients with peptic ulcer (PU) and primary chronic gastroduodenitis (PCG) were examined with apparatus "Gastroskan-24", that has computer's program to evaluate the data of intragastric 24-hours pH measurement. 24 patients with PU and 36 patients with PCG were examined. The increase of nightly acid formation was higher in the patients with PU versus the patients with PCG. It was revealed that pH depends on smoking. The possibility of risk group to peptic ulcer definition was demonstrated in patients with PCG.
使用“Gastroskan - 24”设备检查了消化性溃疡（PU）和原发性慢性胃炎（PCG）患者夜间胃酸形成的特点，该设备具有计算机程序来评估胃内24小时pH测量数据。对24例PU患者和36例PCG患者进行了检查。与PCG患者相比，PU患者夜间胃酸形成的增加更高。研究发现pH值取决于吸烟情况。在PCG患者中证明了定义消化性溃疡风险组的可能性。
