The Pacific Center for Health Policy and Ethics.

The Pacific Center for Health Policy and Ethics has been created at the University of Southern California to address issues concerning health care and research from an ethical perspective. The Pacific Center is designed as an umbrella organization that will facilitate multidisciplinary work and inter-institutional collaboration through sponsorship of research and coalition building. The Center will also be a consultant to government and a resource on curriculum development and clinical ethics consultation. It will involve itself in a broad range of issues including control over dying, use of biotechnology, and access to health care and will bring diverse perspectives and values to these activities.
