To observe the protective effect of Huyin decoction on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
The model of acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 was used. The levels of ALT and AST in serum were detected. And histopathology of liver was observed.
Huyin decoction could decrease ALT and AST in serum and hepatic histopathological injury of the acute hepatic injury mice.
Huyin decoction possessed protective effect on acute hepatic injury in mice.
