The influence of intracellular ATP level on the aggregation and fusion of human erythrocytes, induced by La3+ in the concentration range 20-330 microM was studied. The aggregation of intact red blood cells differs from that of cells with increased and decreased contents of ATP. Incubation of erythrocyte aggregates at 37 degrees C did not lead to cell fusion. At the same time, incubation of erythrocyte aggregates with decreased and increased ATP contents in the presence of La3+ induced a pronounced cell fusion.
研究了细胞内ATP水平对浓度范围为20 - 330微摩尔的La3+诱导的人红细胞聚集和融合的影响。完整红细胞的聚集与ATP含量增加和减少的细胞不同。在37℃孵育红细胞聚集体不会导致细胞融合。同时,在La3+存在下孵育ATP含量减少和增加的红细胞聚集体会诱导明显的细胞融合。
