Abstract
Swiss albino mice of one to five weeks of age were injected with P-32 at the dose of 1 muCi/g body weight and were autopsied when they were six weeks old. Karyological examination was carried out on bone-marrow cells. The chromosome aberrations observed were terminal and interstitial deletions, dicentrics, metacentrics, and rings. The frequency of aneuploid cells observed was 1.4%.

对1至5周龄的瑞士白化小鼠按1微居里/克体重的剂量注射磷-32，并在它们6周龄时进行解剖。对骨髓细胞进行了染色体检查。观察到的染色体畸变有末端缺失和中间缺失、双着丝粒染色体、中着丝粒染色体和环状染色体。观察到的非整倍体细胞频率为1.4%。
