Abstract

An increase in the frequency of chromosome aberrations, lysis of chromosome sets and number of aneuploid cells was observed in the mice bone marrow after 12 times immunization with live fixed rabic virus at intervals 1-60 days after last inoculation. After 90 days the frequency of chromosome disturbances was decreased. Antirabic Fermi vaccine caused chromosome disturbances only after more intensive (24 times) immunization. The rate of chromosome aberrations increased during all periods of investigation. The number of cells with chromosome lysis and aneuploid cells increases in this experiment only to the end of examination (90 days).

在末次接种后1至60天内间隔接种12次活的固定狂犬病病毒,可观察到小鼠骨髓中染色体畸变频率增加、染色体组裂解以及非整倍体细胞数量增多。90天后,染色体紊乱频率降低。抗狂犬病费米疫苗仅在更密集(24次)免疫后才引起染色体紊乱。在整个研究期间,染色体畸变率均升高。在本实验中,染色体裂解细胞和非整倍体细胞数量仅在检查结束时(90天)增加。
