Abstract
The activity and solubilization of acid proteinases of grey and white matter of the cat great cerebral hemispheres were studied as affected by the detergent triton X-100. High concentrations of the detergent evoke a significant decrease of the activity in grey matter and significant increase--in white one. It is found that 20-25% of the activity of the grey matter acid proteinases are strongly bound with the studied tissues and not release under the effect of the detergent in high concentrations.

研究了去污剂曲拉通X - 100对猫大脑半球灰质和白质酸性蛋白酶活性及增溶作用的影响。高浓度去污剂使灰质中的活性显著降低，而白质中的活性显著增加。发现灰质酸性蛋白酶20 - 25%的活性与所研究的组织紧密结合，在高浓度去污剂作用下不会释放出来。
