Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To determine the iridoid contents in Gardenia sootepensis.

METHODS

Using RP-HPLC with geniposidic acid, geniposide and scandoside methyl ether as standards.

RESULT

According to the selected chromatographic conditions, the linear ranges of geniposidic acid, geniposide and scandoside methyl ether were 0.097-0.606 microgram, 0.0638-3.990 micrograms and 0.198-1.239 micrograms, respectively. The average recoveries of these three compounds were 100.0%, 99.9% and 100.1%, and RSD 1.23%, 1.38% and 1.53% (n = 5) respectively.

CONCLUSION

The method is easy, rapid, and reproducible.

目的

测定苏门答腊栀子中环烯醚萜类成分的含量。

方法

采用反相高效液相色谱法,以京尼平酸、栀子苷和脱水栀子苷甲酯为对照品。

结果

在所选择的色谱条件下,京尼平酸、栀子苷和脱水栀子苷甲酯的线性范围分别为0.097 - 0.606微克、0.0638 - 3.990微克和0.198 - 1.239微克。这三种化合物的平均回收率分别为100.0%、99.9%和100.1%,相对标准偏差分别为1.23%、1.38%和1.53%(n = 5)。

结论

该方法简便、快速、重现性好。
