The exhaustive extraction of lipids from soybean seeds in the native state, separation of polar lipids and determination of their functional groups (ester and phosphate) revealed that dry seeds may contain 36,7 mumole (+/- 4,6%) of polar lipids and 25,9 mumole (+/- 1.1%) phospholipids per gramme.
对天然状态下大豆种子中的脂质进行彻底提取、极性脂质分离并测定其官能团(酯基和磷酸基)后发现,每克干种子可能含有36.7微摩尔(±4.6%)的极性脂质和25.9微摩尔(±1.1%)的磷脂。
