Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To review the progress in the research of the pharmacological activities of active ingredients and extracts of Epimedium.
METHOD
Effects of Epimedium on cardiovascular system, circulatory system, immune system, genital system and bone marrow system, etc were reviewed, based on the recent 10 years pharmacological experimental studies.
CONCLUSION
The results provided a rational foundation for the further development and utilization of Epimedium.

目的
综述淫羊藿有效成分及提取物药理活性的研究进展。
方法
基于近10年的药理实验研究，综述淫羊藿对心血管系统、循环系统、免疫系统、生殖系统及骨髓系统等的作用。
结论
研究结果为淫羊藿的进一步开发利用提供了合理依据。
