OBJECTIVE
To study the chemical constituents in Yinqiaosan Powder that have antiviral action on influenza.
METHOD
Isolation of the constituents by different kinds of column chromatography and elucidation of their structures by chemical and spectral methods.
RESULTS
Seven flavonoids were obtained, and six of them were identified as linarin, acacetin, hesperidin, isoquiritigenin, isoquiritin and hyperoside respectively.
CONCLUSION
Linarin and acacetin were isolated from Yinqiaosan Powder for the first time.
目的
研究银翘散中对流感具有抗病毒作用的化学成分。
方法
采用多种柱色谱法分离成分，并通过化学和光谱方法鉴定其结构。
结果
得到7种黄酮类化合物，其中6种分别鉴定为蒙花苷、刺槐素、橙皮苷、异甘草素、异甘草苷和金丝桃苷。
结论
蒙花苷和刺槐素首次从银翘散中分离得到。
